CBR, also known as "The Band of Outlaws" album, was Citizens Band Radios debut album and was released in 2007 just months after the band began playing with each other.  This album was recorded live at Sonic Boom Studios and captures and early raw musical performance from a band that was figuring out their sound.  Ole Kentuckey Whiskey Blues still remains a favorite ballad of the band.

Six Days on the Road
Well, I pulled out of Pittsburgh,Rollin' down the Eastern Seaboard.
I've got my diesel wound up And she's running like never before.
There's a speed zone ahead, all right,I don't see a cop in sight.
Six days on the road and I'm gonna make it home tonight.

I got ten forward gears, And a Georgia overdrive.
I'm taking little white pills, And my eyes are open wide.
I just passed a 'Jimmy' and a 'White':I've been passin' everything in sight.
Six days on the road and I'm gonna make it home tonight.

Well, it seems like a month, Since I kissed my baby good-bye.
I could have a lot of women, But I'm not like some other guys.
I could find one to hold me tight, But I could never believe that it's right.
Six days on the road and I'm gonna make it home tonight.

I.C.C. is checking on down the line. I'm a little overweight and my log's three days behind.
But nothing bothers me tonight.I can dodge all the scales all right,
Six days on the road and I'm gonna make it home tonight.

Well my rig's a little old, But that don't mean she's slow.
There's a flame from her stack, And the smoke's rolling black as coal.
My hometown's coming in sight, If you think I'm happy your right.
Six days on the road and I'm gonna make it home tonight.
Six days on the road and I'm gonna make it home tonight.

Ole Kentucky Whiskey Blues
OH Kentucky, Kentucky Whiskey-eeee
Your Black Label Blues are killin me

I'm on a Mountain, where a stream runs down a hill
and I can see - a great big copper still
it's a feelin I know I can't fight
nothin else is gonna set me right

OH Kentucky, Kentucky Whiskey-eeee
Your Black Label Blues are killin me

Like Golden Moonshine, in a wide open grassy field
that charcoal filtered taste boys,
it'll knock you head to heels
I don't care if I gotta drink alone
gonna soak my mind right to my bones

OH Kentucky, Kentucky Whiskey-eeee
Your Black Label Blues are killin me

30 Days & 30 Nights
30 Days & 30 Nights, still I just ain't feelin right
I'm stuck here all alone, wonderin when you're comin home

Such a shame you had to go, and leave me on my own
No one will ever know, the pain in my soul

30 Days and 30 Nights and still I just ain't feelin right
some how I'll make it through, without you in my life,
30 Days and 30 nights

I called you on your telephone, dialed your number all night long
tell me what did I do wrong to make you pretend that your not home

Tell me shouldn't I keep tryin, to get you to change your mind
I guess I can't pretend that you'll even be my friend

30 Days and 30 Nights and still I just ain't feelin right
some how I'll make it through, without you in my life
30 Days and 30 Nights

Up on a Mountain
I'm up on a mountain in the North Country Sky
I came out to Montana and I don't know why
Baby, I'm a long way from your love

Lord, I'm a long way from home
Lord, such a longt time gone
Baby i've been gone such a long time from your love

I came out here on a westbound train
I drove it through the midnight in the pouring rain
baby i've been gone such a long time from your love
My Ramblin Ways
She told me that she loved me then she said goodbye
I never saw here again or here bright blue eyes
She never told me why she left me though I think I understand
It's not easy to be in love with, a ramblin man

and so it goes, tomorrow, is just another day
but there's nothin left to believe in
since she's gone away

I never thought that my ramblin ways would ever end
then again I never had someone to depend on
she was my lover & my friend
seeing her smile, I thought it's all i'd ever need
but I took my chances ramblin, my chances caught up with me

and so it goes, tomorrow, is just another day
but there's nothin left to believe in
since she's gone away
Why You Been Gone so Long
Every time it rains, Lord, I run to my window.
An' all I do is wring my hands and moan,
I listen to that thunder roll, an' I can hear that lonesome wind blow.
Tell me, baby, why you been gone so long?

Tell me, baby, why you been gone so long, you been gone so long now?
Tell me, baby, why you been gone so long?
The wolf is scratchin' at my door and I can hear that lonesome wind blow.
Yeah, tell me, baby, why you been gone so long?

Someone said they thought they saw you roaring down in Reno,
With a litle girl from San Antone.
They tell me I'm a fool to pine for you but what do they know?
Yeah, tell me, baby, why you been gone so long?

Tell me, baby, why you been gone so long, you been gone so long now?
Tell me, baby, why you been gone so long?
The wolf is scratchin' at my door and I can hear that lonesome wind blow.
Yeah, tell me, baby, why you been gone so long?

There ain't nothin' I wanna do. Oh, I guess I could get stoned,
An' let the past paint pictures on my head.
Kill a fifth of Thunderbird and try to write a sad song.

18 WHEELS
18 Wheels - Wheels Rollin - Rollin Down - Down the Highway
18 Wheels Rollin Down the Highway - rollin on

The wind through my open window
The sunshines down on my face
I gotta keep these wheels rollin down the highway

18 Wheels - Wheels Rollin - Rollin Down - Down the Highway
18 Wheels Rollin Down the Highway - rollin on

I gotta get back to my baby
She knows i'm on my way
I got keep this big rig rollin down the highway

I'll reach the coast in the morning
By evening i'll be on my way
I gotta keep both eyes open and on the highway

18 Wheels - Wheels Rollin - Rollin Down - Down the Highway
18 Wheels Rollin Down the Highway - Rollin on!
Waiting on a Train
Waiting on a Train that never seems to come
Waiting on a train

Waiting on a train that never seems to come
Waiting on a train to Birmingham
Sittin at that station just twindlin my thumbs
Waiting on a train that never comes

And i'm thinking about my life
Staring at the clear blue sky
I think I hear a whiste but 10 minutes has gone by
I wish that I had wings so I could fly

Waiting on a train that never seems to come
Waiting on a train to Birmingham
Sittin at that station just twindlin my thumbs
Waiting on a train that never comes

It's that Johnson City Line
Right now lord I feel like I could die
I wish that I had a nickle for each minute that's gone by
instead i've got trouble on my mind

Waiting on a train that never seems to come
Waiting on a train to Birmingham
Sittin at that station just twindlin my thumbs
Waiting on a train that never comes

I wish I could get stoned
just go and get high
cause lord knows I ain't pickin up this ride

Waiting on a train that never seems to come
Waiting on a train

Band of Outlaws
All I ever wanted was to get out on the road
A great big tour bus and a Band of Outlaws
I don't need the money
and I sure don'twant the fame
I just want to sing my songs
get up on stage and play these old guitars

Feel the Wheels over miles and miles of tar
Another city playin in another Honky Tonk bar
Whiskey morning sunrise I pick up my guitar
and get back on the road
